Yannick Carrasco and Nico Gaitan have packed their bags and will join CSL side Dalian Yifang for an undisclosed fee. After completing their respective medicals, the transfer was announced on Monday.
The Madrid club released a statement which read: "Yannick Carrasco has been transferred to Dalian Yifang, from the Chinese Super League. The Belgian winger joined Atlético de Madrid on 10 July 2015 and made 124 appearances for our club. He scored 23 goals and gave 17 assists during his time as an Atlético player."
"After playing against Roma on 12 September, Carrasco played his 100th match for our club and was subsequently given a plaque in the Wanda Metropolitano’s Walk of Legends. In the present season, he defended our colours in 28 matches. Everyone at the club wishes Yannick well for his time with Dalian Yifang."
About the Argentine, Atletico said: "Nico Gaitán has been sold to Dalian Yifang, from the Chinese Super League. The Argentine winger joined Atlético de Madrid during the 2016 summer transfer window and made 49 appearances for our club. In the present season, he defended our colours in 13 matches. Everyone at the club wishes Nico well for his time with Dalian Yifang."
