Bailey has scored nine goals this season, earning him interest from Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.
In an interview with 'Bild', he outlined his desire to thrive with Leverkusen before a big move: "Leverkusen is perfect for me. I want to develop and then I can take the next step."
'"When I move to a big club, the people there will want to know me. I want to make a name for myself at the highest level," the winger added.
Leverkusen are enjoying fine form in the Bundesliga, sitting in fourth place, just two points behind Dortmund, and reaching the semi-finals of the German Cup.
"If we go to the cup final, we'll win it, I promise,' said Bailey, determined to give his all for his side.
