'MCN', 'BBC' or 'MSD', who is the best attacking trio in Europe?

The 'MCN' trio is preparing for it's Champions League debut after taking its title as the most expensive attacking trident in history. Meanwhile 'BBC' and 'MSD' are awaiting them in Spain the bid to become the best attacking trio in the Champions League.

The Parisian club have spent €467m on their trio, thanks to the world-record €222m spent on Neymar so he would leave Barcelona behind and adorn the colours of Paris Saint-Germain. 

This same €222m fee was spent by Real Madrid to unite Bale, Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo at the Santiago Bernabeu, as reported today by 'Marca'.

With a slightly smaller expenditure, Barcelona spent €187m on their trident, just €7m more than what PSG invested in one player: Mbappe (€180m). And not to mention Neymar...

Behind them are the €151m spent by Juve to join Dybala, Higuain and Mandzukic, €142m paid by Chelsea for Morata, Hazard and Pedro and by Guardiola's City on Gabriel Jesus, Aguero and De Bruyne.

Lukaku, Mkhitaryan and Rashford and the €127m spent on them by Manchester United gets them close to the list.

Special attention must also be afforded to Atletico Madrid with Carrasco, Griezmann and Gameiro and Bayern Munich with Robben, James Rodriguez and Lewandowski.
