The 33-year-old was released by Ronaldo Koeman's side at the end of last season after struggling to force his way back into the team after sustaining a serious injury soon after signing for the club from Wigan.
Kone featured just 9 times for the 'toffees' last season, playing just 105 minutes of football. Though he did manage to score two in a 4-0 EFL Cup victory over Yeovil Town.
In total Kone made 62 appearances for Everton, scoring 10 times.
Sivasspor have just been promoted back to the Turkish SuperLig and believe that Kone can help them establish themselves in the top flight.
