It's a common sight throughout the world, father and son playing football in the garden with the youngster kitted out in his favourite club's shirt.
That was exactly the scene in the Suarez household on Thursday and whilst that may not come as a huge surprise give Suarez's reputation as a family man, there was one particularly noteworthy detail...
Despite his father playing for Barcelona and having previously turned out for Liverpool and Ajax, among others, young Benjamin Suarez appears to have more refined taste in football clubs, with the youngster spotted wearing a Middlesbrough shirt.
The English Championship side were relegated from the Premier League last season but they appear to have left quite the impression on the youngster.
Benjamin currently turns out for Barca's academy, alongside the sons of Gerard Pique and Lionel Messi but Suarez's Instagram post has got Boro fans dreaming of seeing a famous face on Teesside in the near future.
In reality, the shirt was more than likely a gift from either Cristhian Stuani or Gaston Ramirez, with the pair both international team-mates of Suarez with Uruguay, but who ever let facts get in the way of a good story!
Suarez Sr has endured a tough start to the season in Catalonia and was rested for Tuesday's 6-1 thrashing of Eibar but if he's looking for somewhere to re-find his shooting boots, the North East of England is lovely this time of year.
