Semedo and Deulofeu were not involved at all as Barca ran out 3-0 winners away to Catalan rivals Girona on Satruday thanks to two own-goals and a Luis Suarez strike, but they could both feature as Valverde's side look to continue their fine run of form.
The return of the duo is the biggest news after Valverde announced his travelling party for the trip to Portugal. Thomas Vermaelen is left out for tactical reasons along with Arda Turan and Paco Alcacer, whilst Rafinha and Ousmane Dembele miss out through injury.
Barca trained for the first and last time this week on Monday before heading for Lisbon, with the club releasing their official squad list for the clash following the completion of the session.
The Catalan giants confirmed that the following 20 players will make the trip: Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, Jasper Cillessen, Adrian Ortolá, Nelson Semedo, Gerard Piqué, Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Denis Suarez, Andres Iniesta, Luis Suárez, Lionel Messi, Javier Mascherano, Paulinho, Gerard Deulofeu, Jordi Alba, Lucas Digne, Sergi Roberto, Andre Gomes, Aleix Vidal and Samuel Umtiti.
