Dan Crowley will have a medical at Willem II ahead of a permant return to the Netherlands, as he will sign a three-year deal.
The youngster is searching for regular game-time, and he made a good impression in Holland during a six-month spell with Go Ahead Eagles.
Crowley joined Arsenal from Aston Villa in 2014 before loan spells at Barnsely and Oxford United strenghtened his development.
But as he realised that playing in the first-team would be hard for him, he has made the decision to leave the club.
