According to the 'Daily Mail', Wolverhampton Wanderers have made a £14m offer for Porto's highly rated midfielder Ruben Neves.
The 20-year-old Portugal international is well thought of in his homeland and has allegedly been scouted by the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United, however it appear that Wolves are currently at the front of the queue for his signature.
Neves is represented by "super-agent" Jorgo Mendes, who is currently an advisor the the owners at Molineux.
Porto's financial struggles make a potential deal more plausible, but it remains to be seen if Neves will want to move to the side that finished 15th in the second-tier of English football last season.
